ORANGE POPPY SEEDS CUPCAKES


Should I say the best ever orange cake?? Yess definitely.. for me. And it's a keeper. made this for my cousin's wedding. Nak buat another chocolate muffin dah tak larat. Ponek mokcik!!!



ORANGE POPPY SEEDS CUPCAKE

Bahan-bahan:

  • 250 gm butter (softened)- lembut
  • 10 gm ovellette
  • 250 gm gula castor
  • 5 gm garam
  • 1 sudu besar orange paste
  • 1 sudu besar orange zest (kulit oren)
  • 4 biji telur (A)
  • 300 gm superfine flour *
  • 1 tsp baking powder *
  • 10 gm milk powder *
  • 50 gm ground almond (badam kisar) *
  • 30 gm poppy seed * (* sifted)
  • 50 ml orange juice.

Cara-cara:

  1. Beat butter & ovellette on slow speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Add castor sugar and salt. Beat high speed 3 minutes till creamy.
  3. Add orange juice & zest. Mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well.
  5. Add sifted dry ingredients alternate with orange juice.
  6. Pour the batter into the cuppies.
  7. Bake for 18 minutes 180'c. 




Boleh jugak letak dalam acuan kek kalau suka. Jangan lupa bakar lama sikit.
