ASSORTED BUNS

Made a basket of buns for relatives. I made sosage buns. Didn't snap any photos and I improvised a little bit on delicious milky bun. Cam teror je kan.. Luckily sedap & gebulicios. While waiting the dough to prooven, cam cuak je since the dough wasn't proofing to the top of the machine like I used to do with the basic sweet bread recipe.Alhamdilillah it turned out very the yummy!!!!. Waaaa.... me dah terror bikin itu roti der... hehe

The recipe I improvised.. (ingat-ingat  lupa ni... pasal upload gambo je dulu... Rasanya ni le dia.. hehe).

I dump all these in my bread maker. Letak in order ek...

Ingredients/ bahan-bahan:-

250 ml full cream milk / susu penuh krim
1 egg, (lightly beaten) / telur (dikocok sikit)
100 gm castor sugar / gula kastor
5 gm salt / garam
1 tsp bread improver / pembaik roti
1 tsp bread softener / pelembut roti
400 gm bread flour / tepung roti
100 gm cake flour / tepung halus @ superfine
30 gm milk powder / susu tepung
40 gm shortening
20 gm magerine
11 gm instant yeast (a packet)

Method/Cara- cara:

Biar bread machine buat kerja dia. Lepas 1 1/2 jam, keluarkan doh. Bulat-bulatkan. Ju timbang dalam 45 gm each. Tutup dengan kitchen towel. Biar 10 minit. Lepas tu bentuk sesuka hati. Biarkan semula dalam 45 minit atau naik dua kali ganda. Bakar 180'c selama 9 minit atau ikut oven masing-masing.
